Glocal France operates as an intermediary travel platform connecting international travelers with verified local service providers across France. We facilitate bookings for car rental, eSIM data plans, travel insurance, flights, and hotel accommodations.
Glocal France does not directly provide travel services. All service agreements, rental contracts, insurance policies, and accommodation bookings are concluded directly between you and the respective service provider. We act solely as a comparison and booking facilitation platform.

We connect you with licensed local car rental companies operating in major French cities including Nice, Marseille, Lyon, and Bordeaux. Rental agreements are formed directly between you and the rental provider. We display availability, vehicle categories, and booking widgets from our partner providers.
Our eSIM service connects you with international mobile data providers offering prepaid eSIM plans for France. These digital SIM cards provide instant mobile internet connectivity without requiring physical SIM card changes. Data plan terms, activation procedures, and customer support are managed by the eSIM provider.
We facilitate access to comprehensive travel insurance policies covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and travel delays in France. Insurance policies are underwritten and administered by licensed insurance companies. Coverage terms, claim procedures, and policy conditions are determined by the insurer.
Our flight booking service aggregates available flights to and within France from multiple airlines and travel agencies. Flight tickets are issued by airlines or authorized travel agents. Fare rules, baggage policies, and cancellation terms are set by the airline and ticket issuer.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our booking services. This includes your full legal name as it appears on travel documents, valid contact details, accurate travel dates, and correct passenger information for all travelers.
Users must be at least 18 years old to make bookings through Glocal France. Car rental services typically require drivers to be between 21 and 25 years old depending on the provider and vehicle category. Additional fees may apply for younger drivers.
You agree to comply with all applicable French laws, European Union regulations, and international travel requirements. This includes having valid travel documentation, appropriate insurance coverage, valid driving licenses for car rentals, and meeting entry requirements for France.
If you create an account with Glocal France, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When you submit a booking request through our platform, we transmit your information to the relevant service provider. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the service provider, which may be sent via email or displayed on our website.
All prices displayed on Glocal France are provided by service providers and may be subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking or offer the service at the correct price.
Payments are processed either directly by the service provider or through secure third-party payment processors. Glocal France does not store credit card details. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, full payment deadlines, and accepted payment methods, are determined by each service provider.
Changes to existing bookings must be made according to the service provider's modification policy. Glocal France can assist in communicating change requests but cannot guarantee that modifications will be accepted. Additional fees may apply for booking changes.
Cancellation and refund policies are established by individual service providers and vary by service type, provider, and booking conditions. When making a reservation, carefully review the cancellation terms displayed during the booking process.
Most car rental bookings offer free cancellation up to a specified time before pickup. Some promotional rates may be non-refundable. Cancellation deadlines typically range from 24 to 48 hours before pickup time.
Flight ticket refundability depends on the fare class purchased. Economy tickets are often non-refundable or subject to substantial cancellation fees. Flexible or business class tickets may offer more lenient cancellation terms. EU passenger rights regulations may provide protection for flight cancellations and delays.
Hotel cancellation policies vary significantly by property and rate type. Free cancellation periods typically range from 24 hours to several days before check-in. Non-refundable rates offer lower prices but do not permit cancellations.
Travel insurance policies and eSIM data plans may have limited or no cancellation rights once purchased. Review provider terms carefully before completing these purchases.
When a cancellation qualifies for a refund, processing times depend on the service provider and your payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7 to 14 business days but may take up to 30 days in some cases.
Glocal France acts exclusively as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the actual provision of travel services, the quality of services delivered, or any issues arising from service provider performance.
Car rental companies, airlines, hotels, insurance providers, and eSIM companies are solely responsible for their services. Any disputes, claims, or issues regarding service quality, contract fulfillment, safety, or customer service must be addressed directly with the service provider.
Glocal France provides its platform and information on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that service provider information is error-free, that services will be available as described, or that our website will be uninterrupted or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glocal France shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services booked through our website. This includes but is not limited to travel delays, cancellations, property damage, personal injury, or financial losses.
If Glocal France is found liable for any matter related to our services, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by you to Glocal France for the specific booking in question.
Users may submit reviews and feedback about service providers through our platform. By submitting content, you grant Glocal France a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
Users must not engage in fraudulent bookings, provide false information, use our platform for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape or systematically download content, or interfere with other users' access to our services.
All content on Glocal France, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Glocal France name, logo, and brand elements are owned by Glocal France Travel Services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Service provider trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Your use of Glocal France is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection laws.
When you make a booking, your information is shared with the relevant service provider to fulfill your reservation. Service providers process your data according to their own privacy policies.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
